Welcome to Express Scoops! By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Express Scoops provides professional dog waste removal, sanitizing, and deodorizing services to residential customers in Springfield, Ozark, Nixa, and surrounding Southwest Missouri communities. Services include recurring cleanups, one-time visits, and add-ons (e.g., sanitizing).

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Booking: Services are scheduled via phone, text, or our online form.

  • Cancellations: Cancel anytime by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

  • Weather Delays: Extreme weather (e.g., blizzards, floods) may require rescheduling. We’ll notify you promptly.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Costs are based on yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency. Quotes are provided upfront and subject to change.

  • Billing: Services are billed on arrival to your home.

  • Late Payments: Accounts overdue by 15+ days may incur a $10 late fee and Services will be paused until payment is made.

4. Promotions & Discounts

  • Codes (e.g., SPRING2025): Valid only for new recurring service sign-ups and non-transferable. Only one promotion per customer. Free cleans or $25 off don't apply to bi-weekly, or monthly subscriptions. One time cleanups are not eligible for any promotions.

  • Referrals: Both referrer and referee must be active customers to receive 25% off.

5. Property Access & Safety

  • Access: You grant us permission to enter your yard via gate, lockbox, or provided code.

  • Pets: Aggressive pets must be secured indoors. We reserve the right to cancel service if safety is compromised.

  • Hazards: Notify us of yard hazards (e.g., broken glass, holes) in advance.

6. Liability

  • Property Damage: We’re not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our service.

  • Injuries: We carry liability insurance but are not responsible for injuries caused by unsecured pets.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information.

8. Termination

We may terminate service for safety concerns, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Missouri law. Disputes will be resolved in Greene County courts.
